Students and posts docs are eligible for the best poster award, if you are a student, please indicate that on your abstract.

The best poster will be awarded with 3,000 SEK

The second and third prize will be awarded with  1,000 SEK

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

For Optics & Photonics in Sweden 2025 which will be held 22 – 23 October 2025

Abstracts shall be sent in to petra@photonicsweden.org

Deadline for abstracts: 05 October 2025 Authors are requested to submit an abstract of a half to one page (font 11, including figures and references) Contributions will be accepted for poster presentation.
Required poster size: The posters should have a maximum size of DIN A0 (841 x 1189 mm) preferably in a portrait format (not landscape format). Pins and similar pads will be provided by the organizer.

All authors are requested to register for the meeting separately from abstract submission. Please click “Poster presentation” when you register.
Job dating, matchmaking, release days for master thesis topics and internships!

Additionally, companies have the possibility to present their master thesis topics and internships!

All master students can visit the exhibition and info corner for master thesis and internships for free. More information: www.photonicsweden.org

The exhibition at the conference Optics and Photonics in Sweden 2025 at KTH, Electrum, Kista takes place at the same time as a job fair for Bachelor/Master/PhD students . It will take place on 22 and 23 October in the exhibition area.  All exhibiting companies welcome students (graduates, undergraduates and Phd students) to discuss jobs, internships , etc.

Additionally, companies have the possibility present their master thesis topics and internships! If you have a job offer, internship offer or Bachelor/Master thesis topic, you can display it in our Info corner on poster boards in the exhibition area.

All master students can visit the exhibition and info corner for master thesis and internships  for free
